From Piazzale Roma the fastest solution is line 5.1, followed by line 4.1; while line 1 is the slowest because it runs along the Grand Canal (stops at all stops). On the way back, change to line 5.2 or line 4.2. There is also Line 2. At night there is a return line N.

From Railway Station to St Mark's Square
