The warehouses and collection of the Ca' Pesaro Museum in Venice have a list of works in the catalog so vast that they cannot be exhibited in their entirety. Starting from Rabbi n. 2 or Rabbi of Vitebsk, 1914 - 1922, together with loans from the Albertina in Vienna, the Musée National Marc Chagall in Nice, the Museum of Fine Arts in Budapest and the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, the exhibition intends to investigate the revolutionary significance of Chagall's art as dream painting and as a triumph of creative imagination.
Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 19.00. Closed on Mondays.
